The Menopause Connection provides compassionate, evidence-based care, tailored to each woman’s unique journey.

Initial Consultation – Your first appointment is a full one-hour holistic session, giving you time to discuss your health concerns without feeling rushed.

We’ll explore areas such as:

Perimenopause & Menopause – Comprehensive support including hormone therapy, non-hormonal options, and lifestyle strategies.
PMDD (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder) – Diagnosis and treatment, from lifestyle changes to medical management, to help reduce symptoms and improve quality of life.
PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) – Individualised treatment plans for post-pill syndrome, fertility concerns, metabolic health, and long-term management.
Endometriosis – Support from diagnosis to ongoing management, with access to leading specialists, referrals, and holistic care.
Contraceptive Counselling – Personalised advice, from the pill to IUDs, tailored to your health, lifestyle, and future plans.
Migraine Support for Women – Targeted care that takes hormonal changes into account to help reduce frequency and severity.

An examination will be carried out if needed, and any investigations will be ordered or reviewed. Together, we’ll create a preliminary plan tailored to your needs.

Follow-Up Consultations are available in different lengths to suit your needs. These sessions provide the opportunity to review results, adjust treatment plans, and support you in reaching your health goals.

Appointments are available in person at our clinic or via telehealth. We also provide email support between appointments as part of your overall plan, so you never have to feel alone.

Telehealth for Initial Appointment – If your initial appointment is conducted via Telehealth, unfortunately Medicare rebates are not available.
